Cobalt DBS offer a comprehensive homebuyer warranty that mimics the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty [2-10 HBW], one of the strongest national warranty companies. Homebuyers, for an additional fee, can elect to purchase a 2-10 HBW to replace the Cobalt DBS warranty. With either warranty, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that your investment is protected and your builder's warranty obligations are clearly defined in writing. At closing, the warranty documents will be signed by both client and Cobalt DBS and the closing attorney will answer any questions about the warranty document
